Introducing Children’s Art Classes at The Wee Art House
Exciting news!
I are thrilled to announce a brand-new addition to my Fine Art business: Children’s Art Classes! 🌟 With session one almost at a close, it is safe to say these classes have been a wonderful addition to my art journey.
For the last year or so, I had been feeling as though I needed another outlet for my creativity. Considering the fact that I am, after all, a qualified teacher with over 15 years of working experience with our public school board here in Hamilton, and the fact that I truly adore teaching art to children, I wanted to find a way to blend my two worlds. After an “ah ha!” moment, questioning why it has taken me so long to realize I should be teaching my own, private art classes to kids, the concept of The Wee Art House started to take shape quickly.
I wanted my classes to provide a creative haven for young minds to explore, play, and create. I wanted to provide an intimate space that felt cosy and charming and free. My converted garage-turned-studio, lovingly called The Wee Art House, provides just that and has become a place to gather, create and inspire.

My after-school art classes are designed to offer children a safe and welcoming space where they can express themselves freely and discover their inner artists.
